  • Your dog will have a minimum of two playtimes a day and will also have full access to their outdoor run during the day.

Is your office open on Holidays?

  • Though we care for the animals 365 days a year, our office is closed on New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Easter (when not over Spring Break), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day for drop off or pick up. Please call ahead if you are unsure, or have questions.

What types of vaccines should my pets have?

  • We require rabies, distemper, canine influenza (optional), and Bordetella (kennel cough).  You are welcome to have your vet fax or email them to us or you can bring in a hard copy when you drop off.

Can we bring our own toys, treats, etc?

  • You are more than welcome to bring in toys and treats. We do not however, accept any bedding or dishes. This will all be provided for your dog when they stay here. Though our food is included right into the price, you are welcome to bring in your dog’s food as well. It will need to come in a hard-sided, sealed container.

Can we visit the kennel?

  • Absolutely! Please call our office to schedule a tour.

When/how should we make reservations?

  • Booking early is always best, especially during peak travel times. But we will always try to do our best to get your pet in last minute.

  • Established clients may book via email (please allow up to 2 days for response), if you are new to our facility we would prefer to personally speak with you so we can better answer all of your questions, concerns, and start building a trusted relationship!

What types of payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash, Debit Cards and Checks are happily accepted.

What are considered Prime Rate times?

  • Prime Rate times include the entire Spring Break for area schools, Memorial Day weekend, the week leading up to and after 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Break, and Christmas Break.  If you are unsure if your travel needs fall during these times we'd happy to help answer this for you.
